Yes. Connecting Zoom lets the Obsidian AI chat look up meetings, recordings, and summaries from your Zoom account.

What the Zoom integration does

Connecting Zoom to Obsidian brings meetings into the AI chat. Ask for a recording, pull a summary, or find a call by client name. Each adviser connects their own Zoom account via OAuth.

What advisers can do

  • Read

Let the AI chat look up data through this connector.

  • Actions

Let the AI chat take actions through this connector.

Example prompts

  • “Pull the Zoom summary of my meeting with James Williams yesterday.”

  • “List my Zoom recordings from this week.”

  • “When is my next Zoom meeting with the Smith household?”

How it works

Obsidian connects to your Zoom account via OAuth. Once authorised, Zoom tools appear in the AI chat. Disconnect at any time from Playbook → Apps.

How to connect

  1. 1

Go to Playbook → Apps in Obsidian.

  2. 2

    Find Zoom and click Connect.

  3. 3

Authorise access via OAuth — no passwords are stored in Obsidian.

  4. 4

Zoom tools then appear in the AI chat.
