What the Parmenion integration does
Parmenion is a UK discretionary fund management and platform service focused on risk-based investing for financial advisers. Connecting Parmenion to Obsidian lets you view up-to-date client portfolio valuations directly inside Obsidian. Advisers using Parmenion's model portfolios can see client holdings alongside assets on other platforms, maintaining a complete view of each client's investment position.

How it works
Obsidian fetches portfolio valuations from Parmenion's discretionary fund management platform. The data feed captures risk-rated model portfolio allocations, returning the overall portfolio value and the individual fund positions within each model. Valuations refresh daily based on Parmenion's end-of-day pricing. Because Parmenion manages assets on a discretionary basis within defined risk profiles, the feed also reflects any rebalancing activity, so advisers always see the current allocation rather than a stale snapshot.
