What the Intelliflo integration does
The Intelliflo integration provides bidirectional synchronisation between Obsidian and Intelliflo CRM. Client records, meeting notes, and documents flow between both systems automatically, eliminating double entry. When a meeting summary is generated in Obsidian, it can be attached to the corresponding client record in Intelliflo. Changes made in either system are reflected in the other. Advisers who use Intelliflo as their primary back-office system can layer Obsidian's AI capabilities on top without disrupting existing workflows.

How it works
The Intelliflo integration runs a bidirectional sync between the two systems. When a client record is created or updated in either Obsidian or Intelliflo, the change is reflected in the other. When Obsidian generates a meeting summary, it can be automatically attached to the matching client record in Intelliflo. Advisers can also trigger a manual sync at any time from the Apps page. The integration connects via API credentials and respects Intelliflo's permission model. Note: Intelliflo API tokens expire approximately every 30 days, so you may need to reconnect periodically.
How to connect

Go to Playbook → Apps in Obsidian.

Find Intelliflo CRM and click Connect.

Authorise access via OAuth — Obsidian connects to your Intelliflo account securely.

Client records will begin syncing bidirectionally. Use the Sync Now button for an immediate full sync.
